Annual AGM Minutes and Pictures

The TARCinc held the 2025 Annual General Meeting at
Rossiter Park in Aitkenvale on the banks of Ross River on Sunday 23rd November.
The VK4ZZ Hyperflame portable BBQ was set up around 7am with
Gavin/VK4ZZ – the Iron Faraday Cage Chef – turning out lovely fresh and only occasionally charred pancakes made to the Greens recipe with an added secret ingredient.
Hot beverage making facilities and a galactic range of pancake toppings were tended to by Lyndall/VK4ZM.
The meeting got underway at 8-50am chaired by TARC President Snow/VK4ME under the rotunda with only a very light breeze and the following results were produced.

The meeting gave a round of applause to Hugh Barlow/VK4AM for
running the elections in a fun way and with a minimum of fuss.
The meeting acknowledged with deep regret the passing of
Colin Christiansen VK4FVIK/VK4VIK – past member,
Judy Robertson – past honorary member.
The meeting acknowledged with vigorous acclaim the Life Member status of
Ray Hinks VK4LU
Gavin Reibelt VK4ZZ
TARC moved to maintain affiliation with Wireless Institute of Australia, Radio Socienty of Great Britain, State Emergency Service QLD Townsville Division and CW Operators QRP Club Inc
The meeting voted to maintain the current level of membership fees.
