The Townsville Amateur Radio Club Inc. (theTARCinc) has been part of the North Queensland amateur radio community since 1949, supporting members through regular meetings, on-air nets, technical projects, and a well-established communications support program for community events across the region.

Club Meetings

Club meetings are held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesdays of the month, starting at 7:30pm, upstairs at the Club Rooms:

Meetings are also available via Zoom for members who can’t attend in person — financial members receive the meeting notification and Zoom invite ahead of each meeting.
