• TARC Project Night — 2nd Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm, Club Rooms
• TARC Social Evening — 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm, Club Rooms
• TARC Management Meeting — 1st Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm, Club Rooms

• Ann Renton Memorial Net (formerly the Townsville Ladies Net) — 4th Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm, Townsville UHF Repeater and VK4TUB AllStarLink & Echolink nodes
• Tech on the Air Net — 5th Tuesday of a month (when one occurs), 7:30pm, Townsville VHF Repeater and VK4PQ AllStarLink & Echolink nodes
• WIA National News & QNEWS — every Sunday morning from 9am (2300UTC), Townsville VHF Repeater (VK4RAT), followed by callbacks
• North Queensland Net — every Sunday evening from 8pm (1000UTC), 3605.4kHz and Townsville VHF Repeater
• WICEN VK4 Net — every Sunday from 8am (2200UTC) on 14125kHz, 10122kHz and 7105kHz — see Communications Support

The VK4RAT Townsville Amateur Radio VHF Repeater (listen 146.7MHz, transmit 146.1MHz) is also accessible via the VK4PQ Kelso AllStarLink Node 49806, VK4PQ-R Echolink Node 956580, and VK4GDN Charters Towers AllStarLink Node 54043 (145.145MHz).

• March (3rd weekend) — WIA John Moyle Memorial Field Day, portable operations in the field
• April (ANZAC Day) — AM & CW operations at historic military sites
• June — Snow’s Famous Foxhunt (radio direction finding & social afternoon)
• October (long weekend) — Cardwell Gathering, Meunga Creek Campgrounds & Caravan Park
• November (last Sunday) — Annual General Meeting & Pancake Breakfast, Rossiter Park, Aitkenvale
• December — Christmas Party, Monster Auction & Mystery Prezzie Auction
• December — MXLT (Mystery Lights Tour) around the Townsville region
• New Year’s Eve — on-air countdown to New Year on the Townsville VHF Repeater

Communications Support Events
